Day 1: Arrival Nairobi Arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, where you'll be warmly received by your host. They will provide VIP concierge services, assisting you through immigration and baggage collection before transferring you to the Emara Ole Sereni Hotel. You'll stay here for the first two nights, which is conveniently located a short drive from the airport. Day 2: Nairobi - Full Day Experience After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, you'll be transferred to the Nairobi Central Business District for a guided walking tour. This tour offers insights into the city's culture, heritage, and history. You'll visit Nairobi's Gallery and enjoy a briefing over coffee at Point zero coffee. The tour also includes stops at Sarova Stanley, KICC helipad, and a ride on the newly built Nairobi Expressway. Later, you'll visit the Nairobi National Museum and the snake park. In the evening, you'll return to Emara Ole Sereni Hotel for dinner and overnight. Day 3: Nairobi - Maasai Mara Depart for Kenya's famous Masai Mara Game Reserve, a journey of about 5 hours. You'll travel through the Great Rift Valley, reaching the northernmost extension of the Serengeti Plains and the rich wildlife haven, the Masai Mara. Arrive at Mara Serena Safari Lodge, where you'll check in and have some rest before an evening game viewing drive. The Mara is renowned for the "big five" and a variety of other wildlife. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight. Days 4 and 5: Great Migration You'll spend two full days in the Mara, with one morning featuring a hot-air balloon ride over the reserve. The first day includes a full-day experience of watching the Great Migration along the Mara River, witnessing the dramatic river crossings and the predators that await. You'll also visit a Maasai village for a cultural experience. On the second day, you'll enjoy a hot-air balloon ride over the Mara, followed by a game drive and an evening game drive before returning to your lodge for dinner and relaxation. Day 6: Maasai Mara - Kisumu After an early breakfast, bid farewell to the Mara as you depart the lodge. You'll have lunch at the Willis Hotel in Bomet town. Continue your journey to Kisumu, arriving in the evening. Check in, freshen up, and enjoy dinner at Sovereign Hotel, Kisumu.
Day 7: Kisumu - Busia - Source of The Nile - Jinja This day starts with an early breakfast. You'll then be transferred to Busia, past the Equator. After border clearance, you'll proceed to the Source of the Nile, followed by a boat cruise to rediscover the river's source. You'll check in at The Haven for dinner and overnight. Day 8: Jinja Jinja, known as the "Adventure Capital of East Africa," offers a variety of adrenaline-filled activities. You'll have a full day to explore these activities, such as rafting, tubing, quad biking, and more. You can also visit Busowoko Falls and experience a water massage. Return to The Haven for dinner and overnight. Day 9: Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park After an early breakfast, you'll depart for Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park, known for its gorillas. You'll make stops along the way for scenic views and lunch. Check in at your lodge for dinner and overnight. Day 10: Gorilla Tracking An early morning wakeup call is followed by breakfast and a briefing for your gorilla tracking adventure. You'll spend time with these incredible creatures and return to your lodge to relax or explore the local community. Day 11: Ishasha - Queen Elizabeth National Park After breakfast, you can opt for a morning trek or a village walk. Later, you'll depart for Queen Elizabeth National Park via Ishasha or Mweya. Enjoy a boat trip along the Kazinga Channel for game viewing before dinner and overnight at your lodge. Day 12: Queen Elizabeth National Park - Kibale Forest Start your day with an early morning game drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park. After breakfast, head to Kibale Forest National Park, stopping at the Equator and for lunch in Kasese town. Check in at your lodge for dinner and overnight. Day 13: Kibale Forest National Park This day includes chimpanzee tracking in Kibale Forest National Park, with optional afternoon tracking. You'll have dinner and stay overnight at your lodge. Day 14: Entebbe - Departure After breakfast, depart for Entebbe, with leisure time for souvenir shopping. You'll have the option to dine at a beachside restaurant on Lake Victoria before departing from Entebbe International Airport.
