Day Two: Samburu Safari Commence your Samburu safari with a morning departure from Nairobi. Drive through farmlands with picturesque views of Mt. Kenya. Arrive in Samburu in time for lunch at your chosen Safari Lodge or luxury camp. In the afternoon, embark on a game viewing safari. Samburu is renowned for species rarely found elsewhere, including the reticulated giraffe, Beisa oryx, Grevy's zebra, gerenuk, Somali ostrich, vulturine guineafowls, and elephants. Day Three: Game Drive and Visit to Samburu Tribesmen Spend the full day in Samburu, indulging in morning and afternoon safaris. You may also have the opportunity to visit the Samburu tribesmen. Day Four: Game Drive, Sweetwaters Game Reserve Enjoy an early morning game drive in Samburu National Reserve, have breakfast at your lodge, and then depart for Sweetwaters Game Reserve. Day Five: Treetops, Aberdares National Park Embark on an early morning game viewing experience in Sweetwaters, have breakfast, and then proceed to Treetops in Aberdares National Park. Day Six: Lake Baringo, Lake Bogoria - Birdwatching and Wildlife Begin your day with pre-breakfast game viewing. Continue to Lake Bogoria, famous for its birdlife and a variety of wild game, including greater kudu, cheetahs, impalas, grants gazelles, waterbucks, and more. Day Seven: Game Viewing at Lake Nakuru National Park Engage in pre-breakfast game viewing, have breakfast, and proceed to Lake Nakuru National Park, where you'll explore the dramatic Rift Valley. Arrive in time for lunch and embark on an afternoon game drive . Lake Nakuru is often referred to as the "Pink Lake" due to its vast flamingo populations. You might also have the opportunity to see millions of flamingos alongside other birds. The park is a rhino sanctuary and home to other wildlife such as lions, waterbucks, buffalo, warthogs, hippos, and more. Enjoy dinner and stay overnight at your lodge. Day Eight: Loita Plains, Mara Participate in morning game viewing in Lake Nakuru, have breakfast, and then depart for Masai Mara. As you cross the Loita Plains, you'll have the chance to view the stunning scenery. You might encounter red-clad Masai warriors tending their herds amidst the presence of wild game. Arrive in Masai Mara for lunch, embark on an afternoon game drive, and have dinner at your lodge. Day Nine: Big Five, Maasai Villages Spend a full day savoring the beauty of Masai Mara, searching for the "Big Five" and observing gazelles, topi, warthogs, cheetahs, hyenas, jackals, zebras, and Maasai giraffes. Day Eleven: Transfer to Nairobi After an early morning game drive, return to your lodge for breakfast and then depart for Nairobi, with game viewing as you leave the park and continue beyond. Arrive in Nairobi in the afternoon and transfer to your hotel.
Day Twelve: Amboseli - Mt. Kilimanjaro Depart Nairobi after breakfast and drive to Amboseli, located at the foot of the stunning snow-capped Mt. Kilimanjaro, Africa's highest peak. Arrive in time for lunch and enjoy a game viewing safari before dinner. Stay overnight at your chosen safari lodge. Day Thirteen: Game Drive Spend the full day exploring and appreciating the beauty of Amboseli National Park as you search for elephants, buffalos, lions, cheetahs, wildebeests, hyenas, jackals, and more. Have all meals and stay overnight at your lodge. Day Fourteen: Tsavo West - "Big Five" After breakfast, depart for Tsavo West via Chyulu Hills, Shaitani Lava Flows, and Mzima Springs. At Mzima Springs, you can observe submerged hippos from an underwater observation tank. Tsavo is known for hosting the "Big Five" and plenty of other wildlife. Day Fifteen: Tsavo East Depart Tsavo West after breakfast and cross over to Tsavo East, also famous for its massive herds of elephants covered in red dust. You'll also find the legendary "man-eaters of Tsavo," lions, and a plethora of other wildlife. Enjoy all meals and stay overnight at your chosen safari lodge. Day Sixteen: Nairobi Embark on an early morning game drive and return to your lodge for breakfast. Depart for Nairobi, with game viewing along the way and beyond. Arrive in Nairobi in the afternoon. Day Seventeen: Departure After breakfast, embark on a final game drive from Masai Mara before returning to Nairobi. For clients going to Mombasa, there will be a transfer to Wilson Airport. Enjoy a farewell dinner and a group transfer to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport to conclude your adventure.
