Day 1 - Arrival at Kigali International Airport: Your journey begins as you arrive at Kigali International Airport, where you'll be warmly greeted by your host. From there, you'll be transferred to your hotel in Kigali for a delightful dinner and a comfortable overnight stay at Flame Tree Hotel. Day 2 - Nyungwe Forest National Park: After a hearty breakfast, check out from your Kigali hotel and embark on a journey to the western province of Rwanda. En route, make a fascinating stop at the Ethnographic Museum in the Southern Province. In Nyungwe National Park, experience the thrill of scaling the Canopy walkway within the dense Nyungwe forest. Your accommodation for the night is at Emeraude Hotel with full board. Day 3 - Chimpanzee Tracking or Canopy Walk, Transfer to Volcanoes National Park: Following an early breakfast, you have the option to engage in chimpanzee tracking or take part in the Canopy walk within Nyungwe National Park. Day 4 - Golden Monkey Tracking, Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park, Uganda: Begin your day early with a guided nature walk to track the enchanting Golden Monkeys amidst the stunning volcanoes. Spend an awe-inspiring hour observing these magnificent creatures as they swing gracefully from tree to tree. After this unforgettable experience, check out and cross the border into Uganda at Cyanika. Proceed to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park, the remarkable home of the mountain gorillas. Arrive at Mutanda Lake Ruhija Gorilla Lodge or Travellers Hotel for a restful night with full board. Day 5 - Gorilla Tracking: Rise early with a 6:00 AM wakeup call and savor a nourishing breakfast before embarking on a trek to meet the gorillas. Your day starts with a briefing by a ranger/guide at 8:00 AM before setting off on your adventure. Don't forget your lunch boxes! Track and locate the gorillas, spending approximately an hour in their presence before returning to base. If you're staying at Lake Mutanda, you can opt for a late afternoon adventure, the MUTANDA ISLAND TRIP (boat) lasting 3-4 hours, with a 2-hour motorboat ride to the burial place of Kyangushu and exploring Mutanda Island.
