Day One: Arrival at Jomo Kenyatta Airport - Nairobi Arrive at Jomo Kenyatta Airport and transfer to the Stanley in Nairobi for an overnight stay. Day Two: Samburu Safari Commence your Samburu safari with a morning departure from Nairobi. Drive through farmlands with picturesque views of Mt. Kenya. Arrive in Samburu in time for lunch at your chosen Safari Lodge or luxury camp. In the afternoon, embark on a game viewing safari. Samburu is renowned for species rarely found elsewhere, including the reticulated giraffe, Beisa oryx, Grevy's zebra, gerenuk, Somali ostrich, vulturine guineafowls, and elephants. Other game includes leopard, cheetah, lion, cape buffalo, and more. Have dinner and stay overnight. Day Three: Game Drive and Visit to Samburu Tribesmen Spend the full day in Samburu, indulging in morning and afternoon safaris. You may also have the opportunity to visit the Samburu tribesmen. All meals and overnight at your Safari Lodge or private tented camp. Day Four: Game Drive, Sweetwaters Game Reserve Enjoy an early morning game drive in Samburu National Reserve, have breakfast at your lodge, and then depart for Sweetwaters Game Reserve. Arrive in time for lunch. Sweetwaters is nestled in the slopes of Mt. Kenya and overlooks a floodlit waterhole, offering a chance to view and photograph animals in their natural habitat. There's also an optional walking safari escorted by a knowledgeable ranger, bird walks, camel safaris, and chimpanzee observation from a boat on the Ewaso Nyiro River, which is home to other wild game like elephants, buffalo, baboon, eland, silver-backed jackals, ostriches, rhinos, and more. Enjoy dinner and stay overnight at Sweetwaters Tented Camp. Day Five: Treetops, Aberdares National Park Embark on an early morning game viewing experience in Sweetwaters, have breakfast, and then proceed to Treetops in Aberdares National Park. Arrive in time for lunch at the Outspan Country Club, followed by an afternoon transfer to Treetops Lodge for floodlit game viewing. The park hosts a variety of wildlife, including elephants, rhinos, leopards, bushbucks, elusive bongos, and giant forest hogs. Enjoy dinner and stay overnight at Treetops Lodge. Day six: Lake Baringo,Lake Bogoria -birdwatching and wildlife Pre-breakfast game viewing ,Breakfast and depart for Lake Baringo, a fresh water lake reputed for bird watching, Rhino and Crocodiles are also seen. Lunch and proceed to Lake Bogoria which offers a great variety of wild game and Birds making it an ornithologists "paradise", Arguably the best in East Africa . Also seethe shy greater Kudu, the majestic antelope with majestic spiraling horns, Cheetah, Impala, Grants Gazelle. Water Bucks etc. Dinner and overnight at Hotel. Day seven: Game viewing Breakfast and proceed to Lake Nakuru still exploring the dramatic Rift valley. Arrive in time for lunch and afternoon game drive. Lake Nakuru is one of the gem in the necklace of the Rift Valley Lakes often referred as the Pink Lake for it's great masses of pink flamingos. Opportunity to see millions of flamingos besides thousands of other birds. Lake Nakuru is a Rhino Sanctuary and harbors other wild-game like the Lion, Waterbucks, Buffalo , Warthog, Hippo etc. Dinner and overnight at Lodge. Day eight: Loita Plains,Mara Morning game viewing in Lake Nakuru ,Breakfast and depart crossing the Loita Plains and viewing scenery enroute, meet red clad spear wielding Masai warriors tending their multi-colored herds among the presence of wild game giving a blind eye to the presence of big predators, A single moran can cross the Mara Game Reserve only holding a spear and a stick on the other hand! arrive Mara for Lunch. Afternoon game drive inside the Park which is the Kenya 's best and most scenic. Dinner and overnight at a lodge. Day nine: Big Five ,Naasai villages Full day to savor the beauty of the Park which has a permanent supply of water thus harbor a thriving population of wild game. All the "Big Five" and lots of gazelles, Topi, warthogs, Cheetah, Hyenas and even the rare Rhino might come out of the thicket for you. Extend your drive to the Hippo pool where they submerge at the approach of a vehicle only to surface seconds later to short and gamble their displeasure, Crocodiles sunbathe on the River banks mouths agape. Optional visit to the Maasai villages for an insight to their culture. All meals and overnight at a Lodge. Day ten: Game drives A full day to go searching for any wild-game you might have missed previously. Morning and afternoon game drives. Meals and overnight at lodge. Day eleven: transfer to Nairobi After an early morning game drive, return to lodge for breakfast and depart for Nairobi with game viewing as you leave the park enroute to main round and even beyond. Arrive Nairobi in the afternoon and transfer to Hotel for overnight. Day twelve : Amboseli -Mt Kilimanjaro Depart Nairobi after breakfast and drive to Amboseli at the foot of the impressive snow-capped Mt. Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest peak. arrive in time for lunch with game viewing to the Lodge. Afternoon game drive in the Park. Dinner and overnight at your appointed safari Lodge. Day thirteen: Game drive Full day to explore and savour the beauty of this Park searching for elephants, buffalo, lion, cheetah, wildebeest, hyena, jackal, zebra and the Maasai giraffe. Meals and overnight at your Lodge. Day fourteen: Tsavo West-"Big Five" After breakfast depart for Tsavo West via Chyulu hills and shaitani lava flows and Mzima springs where from an underwater observation tank you can see submerged Hippo walking the floor of the springs. Tsavo hosts the "Big Five" and plenty of other wild game. Dinner and overnight at Lodge. Day fifteen: Tsavo East Depart Tsavo West after breakfast and cross over to Tsavo East which is also well know for massive herds of elephants which are usually covered in red dust, the man-eaters of Tsavo-lions are seen and plenty of wild-game. Meals and overnight at your appointed safari lodge. Day sixteen: Nairobi Early morning game drive, Return to lodge for breakfast and depart for Nairobi arriving late afternoon Day seventeen : Departure Breakfast, final game drive leaving Mara and returning to Nairobi and day rooms at the Stanley - those clients going to Mombasa* transfer to Wilson airport - farewell dinner and group transfer to JKA, end of services.
