Murchison Falls National Park

3 Days / 2 Nights Uganda From $1,200 /person

About This Journey

In 1954, Ernest Hemingway and his wife crash-landed twice in the heart of Africa — near the thundering Murchison Falls. They survived. And today, your adventure follows their trail — through the same wilderness that tested the endurance of one of literature’s greatest explorers. At 07:00 AM, your guide will collect you from your hotel or residence in Kampala. Depart for Murchison Falls National Park, Uganda’s largest protected area, where the Victoria Nile carves its way through a 43-meter gorge with thunderous force.

Stand before Africa’s most powerful waterfall — the entire Nile forcing through a 7-metre gorge — surrounded by classic big game country.

  • Boat Cruise to the Falls
  • Big Game Drives – Elephants & Giraffes
  • Top of the Falls Hike
  • Nile Delta Wildlife
