Day-by-Day Itinerary
Arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport
Upon your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you'll receive an introductory briefing from your host. Afterward, you'll be transferred to your hotel in Moshi or Arusha, where you'll stay overnight on a bed and breakfast basis.
Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, you'll embark on a journey to Tarangire National Park with a packed lunch for an afternoon game drive. You'll have dinner and spend the night in Tarangire.
Lake Manyara National Park
Following breakfast, you'll proceed to Lake Manyara National Park with a packed lunch. Enjoy an afternoon game drive in this unique park known for its tree-climbing lions. You'll have dinner and stay overnight at Lake Manyara or Karatu.
Full Day in Serengeti National Park
Today, you'll have a full day to explore the vast Serengeti plains. You can expect incredible wildlife sightings, including wildebeests, lions, and more. Your meals and overnight stay will be in Serengeti National Park.
Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, you'll drive to Ngorongoro Crater with a packed lunch. In the afternoon, explore the Ngorongoro Crater floor, often referred to as the "eighth wonder of the world." You'll have dinner and stay overnight at Ngorongoro Crater.
Ngorongoro Crater and Departure
Start your day with an early breakfast and a morning tour of the Ngorongoro Crater floor, where you can witness diverse wildlife, including the elusive black rhinoceros. After lunch on the crater floor, you'll head back to Arusha, Moshi, or Kilimanjaro International Airport for your departure. Included: - Arrival and departure arrangements. - All park fees. - Accommodation throughout the safari. - Dispensed water (bring your refillable to save the environment). - Experienced English-speaking safari guide. - SUV Land Cruiser 4x4 with a pop-up roof. Price does not Include: - Air tickets. - Visa fee and insurance. - Lunch and dinner in the hotel (only before and after the safari). - Tips. Note: Balloon safaris in Serengeti are available upon special request at an extra cost of US $500 per person for a 2-hour trip.
